Child Safety & CSAE Policy
Abygram Zero-Tolerance Policy Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE / CSAM).
1. Absolute Zero-Tolerance Mandate
Abygram maintains an absolute, uncompromising zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any content, communication, grooming behavior, or link that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited.
2. Proactive Detection & Immediate Enforcement
We combine automated media safety scanning, hash-matching, real-time user reporting, and dedicated Trust & Safety human review to detect and eradicate child safety violations. When a violation is identified, Abygram immediately:
- Removes the offending media and messages across all edge caches and databases.
- Permanently bans and locks the offending account and associated device identifiers.
- Reports the incident, along with preserved forensic metadata, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant international law enforcement authorities.
3. In-App Reporting & Dedicated Child Safety Contact
Users can report any suspected child safety concern directly inside the Abygram app using the "Report → Child Safety / Exploitation" action on any post, profile, or message, which prioritizes the report for immediate emergency review. You may also contact our dedicated Child Safety Compliance team directly at safety@abygram.com or abuse@abygram.com.
