Terms of Use
The legal agreement governing your access to and use of the Abygram Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Abygram account, accessing https://abygram.com, or using the Abygram mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Abygram. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and never impersonate another person or organization.
3. User Content & Intellectual Property License
You retain full ownership of the photos, videos, audio, text, and other content you post on Abygram. By posting content publicly on the Platform, you grant Abygram a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to host, cache, transcode, and display your content strictly for operating and promoting the Platform. This license ends immediately when you delete your content or account.
4. Verification Badge & Subscriptions
Abygram offers verified identity badges (the signature blue tick) and subscription plans (Plus, Premium, Premium+, Enterprise). Verification badges are granted upon identity review or eligible verification criteria and may be revoked if an account changes its identity, engages in deception, or violates platform policies. Paid subscriptions renew automatically via Google Play or Apple App Store unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Posting unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
- Any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), which results in immediate permanent termination and reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, probing, or attempting to bypass Firebase App Check, Cloudflare Zero Trust, or API rate limits.
- Operating automated bot networks, fake engagement rings, or unauthorized commercial spam.
6. Moderation, Suspension & Termination
Abygram reserves the right to remove content, restrict features, revoke verification badges, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use or pose a risk to the community, with or without prior notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Abygram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
